Please read carefully before placing an order. I. Refund Policy 1. Non-Quality Issues • Products are selected on demand, custom-made, or handcrafted, making them unique and not resalable. • You have accepted this rule when paying the deposit (see order instructions for details). • If you wish to cancel your order after placing it but before the live stream ends, please contact customer service for negotiation. Any fees incurred or the deposit may be deducted before the remaining amount is refunded (subject to customer service confirmation). • Once the live stream selection is confirmed or the production stage begins, returns/exchanges due to non-quality issues will not be accepted. 2. Quality Issue Refunds If the following problems occur with the product, you are entitled to apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt: • Wrong style/material sent Note: Minor handmade marks, natural material texture variations, screen display color differences, etc., are not considered quality issues. II. Return/Exchange Process 1. Contact Customer Service: Within 7 days of receipt, submit an application via the independent site's online customer service or order message, along with photo/video evidence. 2. Review Confirmation: Customer service will verify within 1–2 business days. 3. Return the Item: Please keep the product in its original condition (including all accessories, gifts, and packaging) and send it to the designated address. 4. Resolution Options: • Return for Refund: Full refund of your deposit + balance (minus any shipping costs already incurred). • Partial Refund: For minor issues, partial compensation may be negotiated. III.
